Erasmus Projects

Erasmus+ is the EU's programme to support education, training, youth and sport in Europe.

It has an estimated budget of €26.2 billion. This is nearly double the funding compared to its predecessor programme (2014-2020).

The 2021-2027 programme places a strong focus on social inclusion, the green and digital transitions, and promoting young people’s participation in democratic life.

So far IKIU has been succeed to participate in many collaberative Erasmus project, one of the university current Erasmus project is titled UNI-TEL

SUN (Silk Road Universities Organization)
Imam Khomeini International University is one of the active member of SUN; SUN is an Organization which aim to realize its vision of serving the world by undertaking diverse projects that restore the historical value of the ancient Silk Road which has been a source of immense pride for centuries as the birth place of four major civilizations. The most valuable lesson from the history of the Silk Road is that the key to peaceful coexistence and collective prosperity is to treat individual differences as a cause for celebration rather than segregation.
